FAA orders more engine inspections after Southwest accident

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said on Tuesday it has ordered additional inspections of fan blades in hundreds of additional engines similar to the one that failed in a deadly Southwest Airlines Co accident last month.
